YSR sops to film industry
YSR announced the hike of ticket rate from Rs. 35 to Rs. 50 in
today’s Nandi awards function. The Government Order will be
released soon. YSR also said that he is instituting two
national awards in the name of BN Reddy and B Nagi Reddy from
the next year onwards.
Surya s/o Krishnan trimmed
Gowtam Menon’s latest film Surya s/o Krishnan film was released
on 14th November in Telugu. After seeking the feedback from the
movie goers, the producer has trimmed 30 minutes in the second
half. The drug-addiction episodes and depressing scenes were
edited in the second half.
Mantra team’s next film Diary
Gen’ Nest Movies that produced hit flick Mantra with Charmme in
the past is all set to make their second film titled ‘Diary’.
This film will be launched on 17 November. Machakanti Rama
Krishna will make his debut. This film sports Sivaji and

Mahesh film from 2 December
Mahesh Babu’s latest film in the direction of Trivikram will
start on 2 December in Rajasthan. It will be shot extensively
in Rajasthan, Nashik and South Africa. Parvati Melton is doing
the role of main heroine. Singanamala Ramesh produces this
film. The producing is aiming for summer release in July 2009.
King audio in Gachibowli stadium
The fans of Nagarjuna are going have a gala time on 23 November
because Nagarjuna is going to give them a double treat. King
audio will release on 23 November at Gachibowli stadium. Naga
Chaitanya is going to be introduced to the public and media at
the same venue. Incidentally 23 November is the birthday of
Naga Chaitanya. The audio will be available in the market by 30
November. Nagarjuna and the unit will be leaving to abroad to
shoot a couple of songs. Aditya music bought the audio rights.
Pawan – Puri film script work in Bangkok
The storyline of Pawan Kalyan’s film in the direction of Puri
Jagan is ready. Puri Jagan is now in Bangkok to do the detailed
script work. Shooting of his latest film Neninthe is almost
complete. His next film with Pawan Kalyan will be launched in
the first half of next year. Ganesh (comedy actor) produces

As Puri Jagan’s latest film Neninthe deals with the plight of a
struggling film director played by Ravi Teja, a few film
celebrities are acting as themselves in this film. VV Vinayak
also appeared in this film. It is also rumored that NTR did a

Anish for the aesthetics of that scene and compared it to that
