Chandra Siddhardh’s Houseful
Director Chandra Siddhardh is producing a film titled
‘Houseful’. Ajay B – a graduation of NY Film school graduate –
makes his debut as director. Anoop provides music. This runtime
of the film and the runtime of story is just two hours. This
story will take place during night time among two boys, two
girls and Ali in a house. This film has nothing to do with
movie background though it's titled as houseful. Vipin, Vega,
Aryan, Gowri Pandit and Naini Dixit play vital roles. The
shooting of the film was launched on 9 October on the eve of
Dasara.

Adlabs Cinemas is now Big Cinemas
The efforts are on to bring all entertainment related companies
under ‘BIG’ umbrella for Reliance ADAG group. After naming
production (Big Movies), DVD rentals (Big flicks), radio FM
(Big FM), music label (Big music), Big TV (DTH service) the
name of the Adlabs cinemas is being changed to Big Cinemas now.
Big Entertainment bought Adlabs from Manmohan Shetty long back
and now they are renaming it to Big Cinemas.
Yuva Gargana in 137 acres
Telugu Desam Party’s Yuva Garshana under the leadership of Bala
Krishna Nandamuri will be held on 5 November in Kaja (near
Guntur). The venue will be spread across 137 acres. The main
dais will be 80 ft x 40 ft area. All Nandamuri heroes would be
present to deliver messages on 5th November. TDP is taking this
sabha prestigiously because it is going to showcase TDP’s filmy
connection through Nandamuri heroes
Sasirekha Parinayam in November end
Krishna Vamsi’s latest film Sasirekha Parinayam is going to
release in the last week of November. Music will be launched in
the first week of November. This film features Tarun and
Genelia in the lead roles. The last schedule of this film will
take place from 1st November for 10 days. Mani Sharma composes
music. Sunkara Madhu Murali produces it.

NTR not attending Yuva Garjana
Hero NTR will not be attending the Telugu Desam Party's Yuva
Garjana slated to be held on November 5th at Guntur. The party
supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu made a clarification to this
extent. "Though NTR will not attend the function due to his
hectic shooting schedules, he will continue to support the
party and campaign for it in the future," he said. The heirs of
late NT Rama Rao would be playing a vital role for the victory
of the TDP, he further maintained.
Mee Sreyobhilasi in Indian Panorama
The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced
the Indian Panorama Films that are going to be screened at the
39th International Film Festival of India - 2008 (IFFI) in
December in Goa. The jury for both feature and non-feature
segment of Indian Panorama of IFFI – 2008 submitted the reports
and recommendations to Minister of State for Information and
Broadcasting Anand Sharma. In all, 25 films have been
recommended in the feature films segment, while 20 films were
recommended for non-feature films category. Mee Sreyobhilashi
(directed by debutant Eeshwar with CC Reddy presenting it,
starring Rajendra Prasad) is the only Telugu feature film going
for screening. Pulijanmam (Malayalam) and Bishar Blues
(Bengali), the winner of best feature film and best non-feature
film awards respectively at the 54th National Film Awards were
awarded automatic entry. The jury further recommended Yarwing,
a film in Kokborok language of Tripura, as the inaugural film
for Indian Panorama with Kanachivaram (Tamil) and Mahasatta
(Marathi) for the contest section of the event.
Nandi, NTR & Raghupati Awards on Nov 8
The state government has announced that the Nandi Awards will
be presented on November 8th. On this ocassion, Raghupati
Venkaiah Naidu Awards and NTR Awards will also be presented.
The Raghupati Venkaiah Naidu awardees are MS Reddy (2005) and
Ramanaidu (2006). NTR Awards will be given to Ilayaraja (2004),
Ambareesh (2005) and Waheeda Rehman (2006).
No statements on T issue: Chiru
Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi sought the party
functionaries at all levels not to make any comment or
statement on the burning issue of Telangana. Talking to the
media, Chiranjeevi said that Telangana issue was a delicate
aspect and required more insights before making any valid
statement on it. As such, he desired that the party leaders
should wait till the PRP would take a final decision on it
soon.
