Naresh-Tamanna in Padmasri Edukondalu
A new movie titled Padmasri Edukondalu, starring EVV Naresh and
Tamanna in the lead roles, will commence soon on Swasthik
Creations banner. Vijayasarathi is directing the flick and
Muppavarapu Satyanarayana, producing it. "The story is about a
youth who comes up in life not depending on the government by
his sheer self-effort. Giving a big seat to comedy, we are
launching the regular shoot in Rajolu in East Godavari district
in December," the producer said. The cast includes MS Narayana,
Kondavalasa, Krishna Bhagwan, Venu Madhav, Suman Setty and
others. Music is by MM Keeravani. Purna handles the camera.

Shireen back with O Udayam O Sayantram
O Udayam…O Sayantram is the title of a new film, starring Anand
(debutant) and Shireen (of Danger fame) on Epuri Vision banner.
Cinematographer Tanu Balak is making his debut as director.
Currently, the songs of the flick are under recording at RP
Recording theatre. Vinu Thomas (who debuted with Ankith Pallavi
& Friends) is the music director. The regular shoot will
commence from November first week. The locations are East
Godavari, Yanam, Edurlanka and surrounding areas, according to
its producer Epuri.

Roaring response to Chiru
Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi today received roaring
response to this road show in Vizianagaram district. Addressing
the huge crowds, he said that he would never let down the
people and their hopes on PRP. He clarified that he came to
politics purely based on the call from the public. "It is just
political gimmick that the ruling party is introducing welfare
schemes with elections round the corner," he criticized and
asked the crowds: "Are these schemes reaching you properly?"
"All my anguish and anxietyt is for the betterment of people's
living standards. Uttararandhra is Udhyamala Khilla. But, the
rulers are responsible for its backwardness," he said.
Enrolment for Krishna-Mahesh fans
Superstar Krishna today appealed to the Krishna-Mahesh Babu
fans to work for the victory of the Congress party once again
in the state. He launched the membership enrolment for the
combined fans association at Padmalaya Studios, Hyderabad.
Krishna said that the credit of implementing several welfare
schemes even outside the ambit of the party manifesto goes to
chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Vijaya Nirmala also sought
the fans work collectively for Cong's win. Adiseshagiri Rao was
also present.
Venky excited about Marmayogi
Victory Venkatesh said that he felt very much excited to be
working with Kamal Hassan in the film Marmayogi. "I saw
Dasavataram in Mumbai recently. I and Kamal met in a restaurant
there and discussed about Marmayogi. Kamal also explained me in
detail about my character. The movie has the backdrop of 7th
Century AD," Venky said. "Kamal also suggested me come out of
the local mold and tread the bigger wheel in the celluloid
world," Venky observed.

NMT trimmed by 18 minutes
Manoj’s Nenu Meeku Telusa? film opened to houseful crowds due
to variety publicity done by the producers. After taking the
feedback from the movie lovers, director Ajay Sastri edited the
film by 18 minutes be removing scenes that are unrelated to the
main story line. And a 2:49 minutes of beach song is added.
These changes are reflected in some theaters today and in the
remaining theaters tomorrow.
Big B hospitalized on B'Day
India's superstar Amitabh Bachchan today fell ill complaining
of stomach ache and the family members immediately got him
admitted to the Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. The doctors are yet
to make any statement on his condition. Incidentally, the Big B
entered into his 66 today. His fans all over the world are
worried about his ailment on birthday.
Naga Chaitanya film shoots this month
Naga Chaitanya's debut film with debut director Vasu Varma will
